Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Dripster Graphics, customer satisfaction is a priority — but since our products are printed on demand, we follow strict cancellation and refund guidelines:

🔁 Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once the product is sent for printing or has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • After Dispatch:
    Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Refusal to accept the delivery will lead to a ban from future orders.

💸 Refunds

We do not provide refunds unless the product you received is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect item sent

  • Defective on arrival

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must provide a full unboxing video (from start to end, no cuts).

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

If eligible, we will offer:

  • A replacement product shipped free of charge
    OR

  • A full refund processed to your original payment method (if replacement is not possible)

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Minor color or print differences (due to screen settings)

  • Size issues (size chart is clearly mentioned)

  • Custom or personalized posters

  • Orders without valid unboxing proof
